Welcome to the website of the East Cooper Breakfast Rotary Club.
We are located in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina and although relatively new (founded in 1996) we have quickly become one of the most decorated clubs in one of the best Rotary districts in the world. I am proud of our diverse and energetic membership and all that we have accomplished on the local, district, and international levels.
We have a lot of exciting news about our activities in the Charleston area. Please take a few minutes to browse this website and see what we have been up to and what we have planned. If you have any questions about our club please do not hesitate to contact us.
You are always welcome to join us at our breakfast meeting every Tuesday morning. We are at Zeus Restaurant just off Johnnie Dodds Blvd/Highway 17 in Mt Pleasant, just across the new Cooper River Bridge. A map and directions are available on this site and/or by clicking here. Our meetings begin at 7:30 am and end promptly at 8:30. I hope to see you there.
Thank you to all who are working so hard to make this a success.
Yours in Rotary,
Nick Williams

Gift of Life

Pat Campbell presents a $1000 Gift of Life Check to MUSC's Robin Ohlinger. The check will support MUSC's Children's Heart Walk in Downtown Charleston on September 26, 2009.
Gift of Life patient Allison and her mother are seen with Dr. Bob Laughlin, a Hilton Head Rotarian and plastic surgeon, and a hospital staff member. Allison has been in Hilton Head more than six months and undergone eleven operations to correct the severe scarring from her burns. Dr. Laughlin has helped 17 children through Gift of Life.
